All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-demand seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping across the U.S.:
Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – $4.99 or Free on orders over $50
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – Calculated at checkout
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. Stay tuned—we’re working on expanding soon!
Delays
Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high volumes. We do our best to keep you updated on any unexpected changes.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sentié Essence is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If this happens, please reach out to the shipping provider directly or email us—we’ll do our best to help.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, please provide:
A photo of the damaged item
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and do our best to make it right. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.
